Eleanor was able to get amazing results -- and quickly. After our 3rd session, I felt comfortable taking Riley to a dog beach where she'd previously run off. After our 4th session, we went hiking off-leash for the very first time. Since then, Riley has come on multiple backpacking trips, camping trips, and dozens of off-leash hikes. And there have been zero issues, because her recall is rock solid. Before working with Eleanor, I honestly doubted we could ever get her to that point. Now Riley is a fantastic adventure companion.

The bottom line: Eleanor is an amazing dog trainer, and I highly recommend her. What sets her apart from a lot of trainers is that she not only trains your dog, she trains YOU how to train your dog. She completely changed both our dog and how we relate to her. We'll never forget her. More detail, if you're interested: We rescued a feisty, very energetic young dog named June Bug who, it turned out, we were totally unprepared to handle. She wanted to hunt and herd and bark at everything. She used to literally chase cats and small dogs into strangers' houses (beyond embarrassing), and once even got into a horse pen and almost got trampled (beyond scary). The idea that June Bug was ever going to be controllable seemed like a fantasy, but now, incredibly, because of Eleanor, she's a lovely, obedient, happy dog who we can take off leash at parks without fear she'll run off or do something crazy.
